I am a traveler and recently the British Airways Dominica Office and had a pleasant time. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable but not intrusive with clear advice on hand if wanted. The front desk was really pleasant and just nice to come into. They were so quick to answer my questions and deal with any booking problems, always providing me with the best professional manner yet a smile at all times.
